We currently ship products across India only.

In cases where a product is not readily available in stock, dispatch timelines may extend. Certain products may require additional production time, and dispatch may take longer depending on availability.

 

3. Dispatch Timelines (Made-to-Order / Low Stock)

For products that are not in stock at the time of order:

  • Dispatch timelines may extend significantly

  • In some cases, dispatch may take up to several weeks, depending on production schedules

Customers are advised to consider this before placing an order.

 

4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on:

  • location

  • courier partner

  • external factors such as weather or logistics disruptions

Estimated delivery timelines, where provided, are indicative only.

 

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the registered contact details (email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable).

 

7. Delays

8. Delivery Responsibility

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier:

  • delivery timelines are managed by the logistics partner

  • the Company is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit, except as covered under the Refund & Replacement Policy

 

9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

The Company shall not be responsible for:

  • failed deliveries due to incorrect address

  • additional charges arising from re-delivery attempts

 

10. Partial Shipments

In certain cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parts depending on availability.

 

11. Acceptance of Delivery

Customers are advised to check the package condition at the time of delivery.

Any issues must be reported as per the Refund & Replacement Policy, including the requirement of unboxing video proof.

We shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters

  • government restrictions

  • supply chain disruptions

  • technical or logistical failures
